Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead a team of 8 recruiters, partner with a peer supervisor, and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. Our team is nationally recognized by RogueHire, and we’re looking for a leader who can help continue raising the bar.
This is a challenging, fast-paced role that offers strong autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Lead & Develop Talent
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals
Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging team culture
Support employee engagement, performance management, and development
Drive Strategic Recruiting
Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic recruiting plans
Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices
Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processes
Leverage Data & Insights
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
Continuously optimize processes and strategies
Qualifications
What You Bring
Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)
Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change
Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions
Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
Required:
3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
