Supervisor Third Party A/R Follow Up

Responsibilities RESPONSIBLE FOR: Providing leadership and oversight for Third Party A/R Follow-up function within Patient Financial Services. Functions under the responsibility of A/R Follow-up include contacting third party payors to collect on unpaid claims in a timely and accurate manner, and others as assigned. The Third Party A/R Follow-up Supervisor reports to the Third Party A/R Manager. **REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME** Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of revenue cycle experience required. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: N/A ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's (or Associate's) preferred. Five (5) years of related Revenue Cycle experience, preferably within Third Party A/R Follow-up. Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred. Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association, or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. Previous Epic experience.
