Interpret and assess new and refill order requests accurately to ensure appropriate therapy and maintain patient safety. Clarify inappropriate physician orders when necessary. Prepare and complete all appropriate documentation required on orders, prescriptions, controlled substance records, general workflow, etc. Provide physicians, nursing staff, and public with drug information such as drug selection, dosage, proper administration, etc. Work Schedule Options 7/7 on/off - hours will 7pm to 5am Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from NABP accredited College of Pharmacy. Institutional pharmacy experience required. Valid state registered pharmacist license. Why work for us?
