Job Description
Shape the future of avionics systems with Teledyne Controls! For decades, we’ve delivered cutting-edge solutions for commercial aircraft, including wireless data transfer, data acquisition, and networked avionics systems. Join our Systems Engineering team and drive innovation across the full product lifecycle—from concept through certification and entry into service.
What you’ll do Define system architectures and product requirements
Lead trade studies and coordinate design reviews
Develop and evolve MBSE models using SysML
Integrate and debug prototype hardware and software
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve system-level issues
Design and implement automated test frameworks
Author technical documentation and interface control documents
Support transition to production and field deployment
What you need Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related field
Hands-on hardware integration and debugging experience
Proficiency in Python for automated test scripts
Strong understanding of system-level testing and verification
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)
Familiarity with MBSE tools and SysML preferred
Previous experience in avionics or aerospace systems preferred

Salary Range:
$90,800.00-$121,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
