Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on the responsibilities of recruiting with specialized skills that focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates throughout the organization. This position requires a background in strategic recruiting, and talent mapping, as well as expertise in analysis and reporting, along with effective AI and technology strategies. This position will require a focused professional that understands that talent acquisition is more than just filling open positions; it's about strategically building a pipeline of talent to meet current and future workforce needs.
Mentor hiring managers, providing guidance on interview questions and identifying both required expertise and soft skills.
Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Stay up to date on compensation trends.
Maintain accurate records that can be used to create talent analytics
Build positive relationships with University / Colleges focused on career development initiatives for students.
Develop and Lead Intern Programs.
Contribute to strong pipeline generation and make informed candidate recommendations. Actively build the talent pool.
Manage and monitor AI strategies and job board relationships.
Organize and participate in various career fairs while building relationships
Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
Be a key player in building a culture that promotes opportunities and career paths for our employees as the company grows
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with the public and build our brand.
Proven experience in the human resources field and best practices.
Strong technical and computer skills, including
Ability to handle highly confidential data and materials
Highly motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Applicant Tracking System Knowledge
Ability to analyze recruiting data and forecast possible trends
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
Legally eligible to work in the United Sates
Pay Range USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
