We deliver treatment through individualized care plans, and target socially significant behaviors, enabling the clients we serve to lead more independent, fulfilling lives.  The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles across assigned clinics. Reporting to the Manager – Talent Acquisition, this role translates workforce priorities into disciplined recruiting execution aligned to clinic-level forecasts and hiring timelines. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns day-to-day sourcing, screening, offer delivery, and candidate closing within established compensation guardrails, while partnering closely with clinic leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hires that support consistent access to services. This role balances speed, quality, consistency, and candidate experience in a competitive ABA labor market.
