We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thinks like a recruiter, creates like a marketer, and understands how to turn candidate engagement into a brand experience. The right person will bring digital curiosity, strong relationship skills, and a passion for using social media, data, and AI tools to find, connect with, and inspire top talent. Responsibilities Who Thrives Here Talent professionals who naturally build relationships, understand people, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Recruiters with strong sourcing instincts, social media fluency, and the drive to keep learning new tools, platforms, and recruiting strategies. Clear communicators who can manage multiple searches, hiring priorities, and stakeholder relationships with accuracy, pace, and attention to detail. Collaborative partners who stay organized, positive, and solutions-focused while supporting hiring managers and restaurant leaders across the business. Creative recruiters who know how to tell a compelling employment story through job ads, social content, outreach, and candidate conversations. Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred, especially with social recruiting, employer brand, or AI-enabled sourcing, but curiosity, judgment, and a desire to grow are just as important.
