Job Title Team Lead Scheduling - NADC Planning Job Description Job Description Teamlead Scheduling   Job Title  - Team Lead Scheduling - NADC Planning   Location - White, GA (NADC)   Department  - Supply Chain - North American Distribution Center -Planning & Scheduling   Reports To  - Planning Manager, NADC Supply Chain   Position Summary   The Team Lead Scheduling is responsible for leading daily scheduling operations within the North America Distribution Center (NADC), ensuring reliable, efficient, and aligned execution of outbound planning and shipment readiness.   The position requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, including Transportation Planners, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, and Transportation, to align priorities and maintain operational stability. The Team Lead Scheduling is also accountable for team leadership, performance management, and continuous process improvement within the scheduling function.   Key Responsibilities   Operational Execution   Own the end-to-end scheduling process (wave planning, shipment creation, priority management)   Translate planning inputs into actionable daily schedules aligned with operational capacity and constraints   Ensure schedule readiness for outbound execution, including picking, consolidation, and shipment processing   Manage real-time operational adjustments and exception handling to maintain service levels.   Cross-Functional Alignment   Coordinate with Planning, Inventory, Quality Control, Outbound Operations, and Transportation teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution   Serve as the primary escalation point for scheduling-related issues and constraints   Facilitate communication between planning and execution teams to ensure smooth operational flow   Performance Management   Monitor and report on scheduling and operational KPIs (e.g., on-time shipment, schedule adherence, backlog)   Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities   Drive corrective actions and ensure adherence to established planning and scheduling processes   People Leadership & Development   Lead, coach, and develop a team of scheduling planners   Establish clear priorities, roles, and accountability within the team   Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment   Process Improvement & Standardization   Identify and implement improvements to global scheduling processes, tools, and workflows   Support the transition toward standardized and system-driven global planning and scheduling practices   Contribute to broader global supply chain and planning transformation initiatives   Key Stakeholders   Planning (DC Planning, S&OP, Material Planning)   Outbound Operations   Inventory   Quality Control (QC)   Forwarding / Transportation   Continuous Improvement and Global Planning Teams   Qualifications & Experience   Education   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred   Experience   3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning/scheduling roles   Experience in a distribution center or logistics environment preferred   Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is an asset   Skills & Competencies   Operational & Functional   Strong understanding of warehouse operations, scheduling, and order fulfillment processes   Ability to translate planning data into executable operational plans   Leadership   Proven leadership and team development capabilities   Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills   Analytical & Systems   Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance trends   Experience with ERP/WMS systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) preferred   Communication & Collaboration   Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment   Success Metrics   On-time shipment performance and schedule adherence   Stability and predictability of the scheduling process   Reduction in operational disruptions and reactive adjustments   Team engagement and capability development   Work Environment   Combination of office-based planning and on-floor operational coordination   Requires flexibility to support daily operational rhythms and peak periods
