13802328 - Technical   SAP   BTP   lead -   Manager     As a  Technical SAP BTP Lead  at Accenture, you will   be responsible for   identifying   opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into SAP BTP solutions and   operating   models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced   proficiency   in SAP Build Process Automation is essential, with recommended   expertise   in SAP BTP Application Development.   Key Responsibilities:   Identify   opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining SAP BTP-enabled business solutions.   Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Build Process Automation and SAP BTP Application Development, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.   Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.   Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, impacts, and feasibility of proposed solutions.   Create and   maintain   documentation that clearly articulates business processes, technology integration, and solution designs.   Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business   objectives .   Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.   Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.   Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in solution delivery.   Preferred Qualifications:   Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Build Process Automation, or related areas.   Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.   Experience with process optimization, automation, and integration.   Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.   Proven ability to   identify   opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP BTP implementations.   Why Join Accenture?   At Accenture, we empower our people to innovate, grow, and make a difference.
