Overview CVP seeks a Technical Team Lead to build solutions that embrace the culture of Agile and DevSecOps techniques. Our DevSecOps and Cloud Computing Subject Matter Experts are the top leaders in the industry who deliver on more than just the bottom line.   Responsibilities Lead and coordinate technical delivery within development teams, building, fostering, and maintaining leading edge engineering practices.   Oversee the design and implementation for the overall architecture of the solutions.   Work with the development team to implement a robust set of services and APIs to power digital products.   Develop architectural solutions for databases, user interfaces, and web services.   Conceptualize software solutions to address customer needs.   Evaluate and propose platforms and coding standards to be used in project development.   Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement.   Guide modifications/modernization of existing software to upgrade performance or re-platforming to an Azure or AWS environment.   Provide project governance across the enterprise.   Analyze business needs, develop requirements, design, develop and test custom software solutions.   Provide technical leadership and take multiple systems and cross system integration into account when designing and developing solutions.   Assume maintenance of software applications already in production or currently under development.   Qualifications 10+ years of experience with hands-on software development experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Tech Stack   5+ years of experience in leading full Agile SDLC software development projects  3+ years of hands-on experience building large scalable web and mobile based applications using React.   Proven experience with cloud platforms.  Professional experience developing applications with Java, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies   Knowledge of creating single page applications using frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js   Experience creating RESTful web services   Experience designing and implementing cloud native applications on AWS or Azure   Experienced in creating Microservices   Experience with agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices   Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture   Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods   Familiarity with UI/UX design   Understanding of software quality assurance principles   A technical mindset with great attention to detail   Experience providing strategic technical consulting to senior Federal customers   Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) to a wide range of stakeholders including the CIO, Branch Chiefs, and staff   Experience with SQL Server and IIS   Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance      Desired Skills Experienced in DevSecOps using industry tools such as Jenkins, AWS, etc.   Effective management of multiple simultaneous projects   Experience with Scaled Agile Framework   Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Microservices architecture   Cloud computing expertise   Experience with full stack development including frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies   Location Rockville, MD (Hybrid) Salary Band: $165,000-175,000 (Depending on experience) This role is pending program award.  About CVP CVP is an award-winning healthcare and next-gen technology and consulting services firm solving critical problems for healthcare, national security, and public sector clients.
