Responsibilities: Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand online help, developer guides and end user manuals Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Requirements: Proven working experience writing API documentation Experience writing simple shell scripts for REST API Examples Experience with UNIX, Python or Javascript is desired Working knowledge of JSON and XML Experience with Swagger a plus.
