Technology Account Lead

Project Role : Technology Account Lead Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account. Must have skills : Advanced Embedded System Engineering Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within assigned accounts. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The individual actively works to broaden the range of technology services provided by identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. They develop comprehensive account plans and engage the appropriate stakeholders to optimize outcomes and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and business expansion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with client objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - Strong expertise in embedded system design, development, and integration. - Experience in managing complex technology projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. - Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology solutions. - Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
