The role will require identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization and implementing effective changes to drive performance and value Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, using data, interviews, and observations to identify inefficiencies. Identify improvement opportunities, create business cases, and build transformation roadmap introducing digital, AI, and agentic enablers, including automation, to drive efficiency improvements and better customer experience. Develop and document optimized processes, considering cost, quality, technology integration, and user experience. Market and proposal development: Contribute to proposals by researching industry specifics and crafting AI-enabled and data-driven solutions aligned with client needs. Participate in client relationship management and business development activities, identifying new opportunities including opportunities for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation adoption. Develop business requirements for the implementation of technology, AI, and intelligent automation solutions for the client. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine and finalize process designs and develop holistic and/or AI-augmented solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for advanced technologies. Experience in delivering process improvement and / or process analysis initiatives Knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce) Knowledge of multiple Business Functions and common industry specific process-related challenges (such as Finance and Procurement, e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, AP/AR, Finance, HR, Mortgages, Claims). Experience working in a team environment preferably in a professional environment Applicable work experience in a consulting, finance / accounting, IT/operations or contact center environment Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships Advanced intellectual & learning skills like problem solving, mentoring, conceptual thinking, being analytical, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
