Must have skills : DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves engaging with learners to enhance their technology capabilities and ensure their skills remain aligned with current industry demands. The role includes delivering comprehensive training sessions that cover foundational technology concepts, professional growth, and industry-relevant knowledge. Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in designing course materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of educational content. This position plays a vital role in fostering a learning environment that supports skill development and career advancement within the technology sector. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to reflect the latest technological advancements. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate their growth and understanding of technology concepts. - Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on learner feedback and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance in development and production environments.
