BryceTech is seeking a Technology Experimentation Lead to support a DoD client. This individual will plan, organize, execute and report on experimentation events for new and emerging technologies in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) mission space. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead experimentation for CBRN Command and Control (CSC2) tools, including planning, execution, maturation of experimentation capabilities and processes, and reporting Work with government partners to develop an annual campaign plan (“campaign of learning”) that guides experimentation activities.  Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, and synchronize technical, operational, and experimentation events Develop, maintain, and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for experimentation events and processes Collaborate with partner technical leads to ensure smooth event operations Serve as the primary CSC2 representative during events, including delivering system briefings to VIPs Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on live, virtual, and constructive operational capabilities used in experimentation events Operate, monitor, provide white‑cell support, record system metrics, gather operator feedback, and capture observations throughout events Communicate daily event status to the CSC2 team and government stakeholders Provide tactical and operational perspectives throughout event execution Train team members on SOPs, experimentation harnesses, and system capabilities; ensure cross‑training to support redundancy and multiple events Co‑develop experimentation training for each CSC2 tool and harness capability Serve as key point of contact for team logistics management Deliver post‑event reporting including event reports, value assessments, and SITREPs Position will be hybrid with approximately 3 days per week in-office at the BryceTech Alexandria office Position will require approximately 25% travel, including CONUS and OCONUS destinations Active Secret clearance or above Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years exposure to software and hardware technology use, development and deployment 3-5 years of military exercise and/or deployment experience—multi-service a plus Technology demonstration, assessment, development, transition, or evaluation experience Substantive experience developing standard operating procedures for events and processes Capable of working independently, multitasking, and meeting multiple customer deadlines simultaneously Experience working with Joint and Service Staffs on doctrine, organization, and training aspects is desired All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
