ABOUT THE JOB In your role as a Test Site Asset Engineer on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fully mission-capable test site that meets our engineering teams' testing requirements and exceeds their expectations. You fulfill this responsibility through rigorous operational execution, detail orientation, proactive communication, deep understanding of the test mission, and hard-won product expertise. You feel ownership over the health and performance of all assets and technologies at your site, and ensure the system delivers when the team needs it most. When an issue falls outside what can be resolved that way, you coordinate with subject matter experts across product lines and teams to diagnose and fix it, or coordinate SMEs and logistics to replace the affected hardware — communicating issues clearly and documenting solutions along the way. You also represent the realities of the test site back to Anduril, communicating feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve our products and our team. Above all, you set the standard for what good looks like at your site, and you rally your Anduril teammates to meet that standard every single day.
