Title Reader

Overview As the Title Reader, New York, you will research public records and examine titles to determine any conditions or restrictions that may exist on property titles.  What you will do  Read/examine the abstract of properties Review surveys Draft metes and bounds descriptions Assist in clearance of title issues Prepare title commitments using our state-of-the-art, easy to use, software system All other duties as assigned by management.
