This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor.

We provide all Toyota Manufacturer specialty tools including Laptops and diagnostic software. We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (we do not provide hand tools). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including: Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

What You'll Do
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
What You'll Bring
Prior automotive repair experience required
We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.
A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
