HipChat – nice to have • 3-5 years experience in a research & design role for product development • Comfort working in an agile development process using lean UX principles • Ability to compose and run user tests, and to translate the results of that user research into actionable, strategically sound design insights • A broad set of design tools to guide your process — cross-disciplinary design studio, sketching, wireframes, task flows, prototyping, etc. • Functional knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of HTML5 and CSS3, jquery, Angular.js • Experience with responsive design • Experience with MEAN stack, selenium • A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to design clean, modern, inspiring interfaces across different browsers and devices • Able to multi task and work autonomously.
