Responsibilities Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages). Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays. Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics for support. Opportunity to work with a Scribe. Dedicated Urgent Care Specialty – exclusively practice urgent care medicine – No Primary Care, DOT or Occupational Medicine in our urgent care position . Qualifications NP: 1-2 years’ experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required. Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an urgent care or emergency room setting. Ability to comfortably perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays. Licensure Current applicable state RN license required. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) required. Applicable state license as a Nurse Practitioner w/Prescriptive Privileges (NP-PP) required.
