About the Role: Arundel Lodge, Inc. is a dedicated behavioral health agency committed to improving the lives of children, adults, and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Our Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center, located on the campus of Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center, provides short-term urgent care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. We are thrilled to introduce the state-funded Rapid Access for Youth (RAY) Team, which focuses on connecting local students and their families to appropriate behavioral health services. Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and Maryland licensure  ( LCSW-C or LCPC ). • A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting, implementing psychotherapeutic and crisis intervention services is required. Care coordination experience is preferred.
