Department: 02258 GCMG Pelvic Health: Mercy - OB/GYN: Urogynecology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday – Friday No call or weekends 40 hours / week (35 hours of patient care) Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25 We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery team. This position provides a unique opportunity to deliver specialized, patient-centered care to women with pelvic floor disorders in an office based setting. The APP will work closely with fellowship-trained urogynecologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. This role will be focused on office-based urogynecology. Location & Setting: Charlotte – office located on campus of Atrium Health Mercy Hospital Outpatient Scope of Practice/What You’ll Do: Clinical Care Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations with a focus on pelvic floor disorders. Diagnose and manage urinary incontinence (stress, urge, mixed), pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and bowel dysfunction Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including conservative, medical, and surgical treatment options.
