What You’ll Be Doing Perform general labor tasks to support safe and efficient aggregate plant operations.
Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained to maintain production flow.
Assist with routine plant maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping activities.
Monitor equipment and report issues to ensure reliable, continuous operation.
Support team members with hands-on tasks across the site as operational needs arise.

Ability to learn and operate mobile equipment and basic plant systems.
Capability to perform physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability in daily tasks.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple operational needs.
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
