VP Managed Services

Infor’s CareFor Managed Services organization is seeking a Vice President, Managed Services Growth and Offering Management to own the growth, strategy, and market success of our global ERP application management and support portfolio. The VP is responsible for scaling managed services as a high-growth business line, driving revenue growth, monetizing new commercial service offerings, and facilitating the modernization of service delivery through AI and automation.    Reporting to the SVP, Managed Services, the VP is responsible for shaping the construct of the offering portfolio and driving its go-to-market strategy. A strategic partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive-level clients, they collaborate daily with peer leaders across Theatre Leadership, Delivery, and Automation to bring offerings to market and make the organization work.    The ideal candidate pairs enterprise SaaS / ERP and managed-services expertise with a record of bringing successful offerings to market, owning the success and growth of a service portfolio, and continuously elevating customer value.
