Pitney Bowes is now hiring for Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Facilities Maintenance Associate in our Arlington, TX facility. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with on-call availability 24/7 Base Rate: $28.00 / hour You are: A Hard-working individual who thrives on meeting the company’s mailing productivity standards and you deliver with precision.  You see opportunities where others see challenges. You will: Maintain daily cleanliness and safe conditions of facility interior and exterior grounds through all seasons Perform “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture and/or equipment moves, simple electrical projects, painting, repairs and employee gathering set-ups Work with outside vendors and contractors on building and equipment repairs Manage and perform various inspections throughout the year ranging from weekly to annually Manage scrap and recycling of various items Your background: As a Warehouse Facility Maintenance Associate, you  have: Ability to be on-call 24/7 to address and resolve any issues concerning the facility or security A minimum of 1 year basic maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Strong understanding of safety practices and facility security Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions Basic knowledge of Microsoft office Ability to work in a team Ability to attend to detail Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal Skills Good Conflict resolution skills Our Team: Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS®.  For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates.  By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them.  Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually.  We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.
