We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to help keep our technicians equipped, organized, and ready to serve customers throughout the region. What We Offer: Weekly Pay Benefits available after 30 days of employment Low-cost medical options (starting as low as $5/week) Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Company-paid life insurance Career advancement opportunities Employee discounts on services Responsibilities What You'll Do: Pull and stage materials for scheduled HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs Load and unload deliveries and incoming shipments Stock service vehicles with required materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Process warranty returns and vendor shipments Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently Support technicians and field managers with material requests Qualifications What You Need: Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move materials on a regular basis Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services is a plus *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
