About the Role At Lightship, we are building a company to allow more people to connect with nature and each other. We are doing this by bringing the first purpose-built, aerodynamic, battery-electric travel trailer to market. To support our production goals, we need a Warehouse Supervisor to establish and maintain an efficient, reliable material flow. You will manage the movement of inventory throughout our facility—from the receiving dock to the assembly line—ensuring that our production team has the right parts at the right time to meet our build schedules. This is a hands-on leadership role for a supervisor who values efficiency, process, and creative problem-solving. We are a growing startup, not a legacy giant. This means we cannot always rely on expensive, pre-packaged solutions. We need a leader who can look at our current scale and design processes that are efficient, effective, and "right-sized" for our specific stage of growth. You will use your creativity to solve logistical challenges with the resources at hand, ensuring we remain agile without over-complicating our operations.
