Position   Overview :   Responsible to accurately process orders using   RF   system. Maintain set work standard for picking    orders.   Identify   product   and correct unit of measure. Understand all safety procedures and   maintain   a    safe, clean work environment.    Core Responsibilities :   Accurately   fill   orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring that all available items ordered/requested are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.     Use computer software and Radio Frequency (RF) systems to issue, receive,   pick   and transfer product to   maintain   accurate   inventory.    Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for   tracking of   shipments as   required .    Responsible for completing required training, understanding, and   complying with   all Food Safety and related programs.    Maintain set work standards for picking orders.    Safely   operate   and utilize manual and power equipment.    Identify   and select product and correct unit of measure.    Understand all safety procedures and   maintain   a safe, clean work environment.     Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.    Other Warehouse activities as assigned.    Maintain satisfactory attendance.    Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.    Skills and   Requirements :   Brings   the Core Values to life in all that you do: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve  With  Love.   Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment, manage and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.   Perform work in   a timely   and professional manner.   Ability to adjust and adapt to change while staying focused on the project deliverables   Must be willing to listen to suggestions from other, more experienced, TMs and to take direction from Leads and Supervisors.   Must be engaged and actively working to improve productivity while not compromising their own safety or the safety of others.    Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.    Detail   oriented with strong organizational skills.   Physical Requirements:   The physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours .    These physical requirements must be   accomplished   with or without reasonable accommodation.    The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing,   bending   and reaching in addition to the following:    lifting up   to 55 pounds,    infrequently   lifting up   to 80 pounds    being able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours/day    occasionally working up to 10 hours/day    The duties of this position may change from time to time.
