Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods within our warehouse facility. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks or containers Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Collaborate with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods Basic math and inventory skills Strong attention to detail and time management Forklift certification is a plus Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holiday leave On-the-job training and support Safe and team-oriented workplace
