Services include Commissioning and installation of new NetAct systems, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management, Fault Management, software upgrades for NetAct, EdenNet/iSON, products and hardware support for NetAct, and EdenNet/iSON products for Mini-Macro systems. o Bachelor's degree in Engineering o At least 3 years of work experience in Telecoms industry o Good knowledge/understanding of operation and maintenance center concepts o Conversant with performance measurements and the analysis thereof o Knowledge of NetAct system-specific architecture o Experience working with NetAct platform o Knowledge of iSON system-specific architecture o Knowledge of EdenNet system-specific architecture o Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS (Red hat Linux certified preferable) o Intermediate knowledge of ORACLE and Cisco IOS o NetAct Admin certification for Netact-8 preferable All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
