Position
A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Private Wealth Analyst. The Private Wealth Analyst will work with our Private Advisor team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be ultra-focused on client excellence, is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities
Collect financial data and documents from clients to build detailed client profiles
Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration of client accounts
Handle operational aspects of client accounts including reporting on account holdings and performance reporting, and entering trade instructions
Assist in preparation of key documents, financial plans, and reports for client meetings
Review and research market news, client portfolios, and product implementation ideas
Liaise with client’s third-party service providers (CPA, attorney, insurance agent, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2-5 years of relevant experience
SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) strongly preferred
CFP designation or progress toward CFP preferred
Skills
Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, technical, and client service skills
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and Financial Profiles
Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
