Permanent Regular Job Description: The Web & Digital Assets Specialist supports digital asset governance and content implementation across web platforms as part of Pluxee’s hub-and-spoke digital marketing team. The role ensures the consistent use of high-quality digital assets (e.g., images, videos, documents) that comply with brand guidelines, SEO strategy, and UX/UI standards. Whether positioned globally or locally, the Specialist plays a key role in enabling engaging and efficient digital experiences across Pluxee’s marketing ecosystem. As a Web & Digital Assets Specialist, you will   be responsible for   managing and   optimizing   digital assets such as images, videos, and document s   for   France, Tunisia,   Morocco   and Portugal .   Y ou will collaborate with content, SEO, and UX/UI teams to ensure that digital assets are used effectively and align with brand guidelines, supporting digital marketing campaigns and website performance.   What   you'll   be doing :   Oversee the management, organization, and optimization of digital assets (images, videos, documents) across digital asset management platforms and websites in   France, Tunisia,   Morocco   and Portugal .   Work with content and SEO teams to ensure that web content is   optimized   for SEO, and that digital assets contribute to an effective user experience across all digital touchpoints.   Collaborate with web development and content teams to support website updates, ensuring that digital assets are properly integrated and   optimized   across web platforms.   Work closely with UX/UI, content, and marketing teams to ensure the proper use, display, and quality of digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing   objectives .   Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital assets across all platforms,   maintaining   high standards   of accuracy, branding, and functionality.   🌟   You’re   a   match   Minimum 3-5   years of experience   in managing web and digital assets, with a focus on SEO and CMS tools.   Strong understanding of SEO strategies, content optimization, and the role of digital assets in improving user experience and search engine rankings.   Proven ability to manage and   optimize   digital assets across multiple platforms, ensuring they are effectively integrated into web experiences.   Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, SEO, UX/UI, and development teams.   Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in digital assets.   Full working   proficiency   in English.   🔎   To   get   this   challenge   Video call with Anne Quillet (Global Digital Marketing Director)   Video call with   Mathilde   Dubreu   (HR Business Partner)   Video call or physical   meeting   with   Suvodeep   Das (VP Global Marketing)   🏅   Your   team   You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering   France, Tunisia,   Morocco   and Portugal .
