Work just 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours Three-day workweek — work Friday through Sunday and enjoy four days off every week Competitive pay and benefits Free access to our on-site fitness center Opportunity to build products that help people live stronger, healthier lives What You'll Do As a Grinder, you'll prepare and finish welded components to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. Responsibilities include: Grind, clean, and finish welded components using established procedures. Perform chipping, tacking, surface preparation, and cleaning as required. Inspect parts for proper weld placement, completeness, and quality using engineering prints. Complete quality audit forms and required production documentation. Load finished parts onto carts and move materials to staging areas. Safely operate hoists and other material-handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support other production activities as assigned. What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: Manufacturing experience preferred. Grinding, metal finishing, or sandblasting experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering prints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading and understanding). Dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including: Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Push and pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach overhead, climb ladders or stairs, and perform repetitive hand movements. Safely operate hoists, pallet jacks, and small hand tools. Your base wage will be between $20.70 - $24.60 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
