Safety is # 1. Adhere to all H-E Parts company policies and procedures Maintain a good attendance record and maintain the highest level of professional conduct. Work as a team to assist with or teardown large and small components and assemblies Clean and prep parts for inspection Move components by operating overhead cranes, jib hoists and pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. Prepare and secure parts for transportation throughout the shop area Maintain a level of cleanliness throughout your work areas and the shop for good housekeeping and safety Learn operation of part and pressure washers Demonstrate an aptitude to learn and grow within the department and shop Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. At least one-year mechanical work experience or equivalent education is required.  Ability to lift up to 50# is required. Previous experience in heavy equipment repair; mechanical aptitude, and basic understanding of precision measuring tools preferred.
