Job Description: Chief of Staff
The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, high-intellect Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner and "force multiplier" to our Founder and executive leadership team. In this role, you will act as a strategic thought partner, moving between high-level strategy and granular execution to ensure our 200+ person organization remains aligned, efficient, and focused on our $100M+ ARR scaling challenges.
You will be responsible for digesting strategic goals, translating them into actionable plans, and managing the high-intensity pace of a scaling SaaS environment.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Thought Partner: Act as a sounding board to the Founder; digest high-level strategic goals and translate them into clear, executable plans.
Liaison & Alignment: Convey the Founder’s direction clearly to internal teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical domains.
Filter & Prioritize: Assist the Founder in deciding which ideas and tasks require immediate attention and which can be deferred, helping to manage their focus and time effectively.
Strategic Project Management: Lead high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives that don’t have a natural home, ensuring they stay on track and hit milestones in direct partnership with the Founders.
Operational Excellence: Maintain the "rhythm of business" by managing executive meeting agendas, tracking 12-week OKR intervals, and identifying operational bottlenecks.
Data, Insights & Reporting Discipline: Ensure leadership discussions are grounded in accurate, timely, and decision-relevant data while enforcing consistent metrics and reporting standards across teams.
Executive Communication: Draft internal communications, board decks, and presentations on behalf of leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the company.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Qualities)
High Intellectual Capacity: You possess the ability for quick comprehension and can synthesize complex, disparate ideas into a cohesive narrative or plan.
Tech-Savvy & Domain Familiarity: You are comfortable navigating product and engineering domains and can interface effectively with technical teams to understand the mechanics of our SaaS product.
Exceptional EQ & Communication: You have the emotional intelligence to manage high-stakes relationships calmly and can translate raw ideas into actionable steps for the broader team.
Patience & Resilience: You are comfortable with direct feedback and can maintain momentum without being thrown off by a high-intensity environment or rapid pace.
Elite Organizational Skills: You are naturally methodical and capable of tracking and prioritizing a wide variety of tasks and initiatives for the Founder.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data visualization and reporting; you value "truth in data" over "gut feelings".
Why Join Us?
Visibility: Unparalleled exposure to executive-level decision-making and business strategy.
Growth: A clear path into departmental leadership or a senior Chief of Staff role as the company scales.
Impact: Your work will directly reduce operational friction, allowing our high-impact professionals to thrive.
