Role Overview Fashion Nova is building a world-class engineering team to power our next phase of growth. We’re investing heavily in scalable, high-impact technology platforms—and we’re looking for a Mobile Software Engineer with strong React Native experience to help bring them to life. In this role, you’ll design and build high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android , collaborating closely with product, design, and platform teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping our mobile architecture, delivering polished user experiences, and contributing to a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across iOS and Android Architect and develop reusable, scalable UI components Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues Write clean, well-documented code and maintain automated test coverage Partner with product and design to deliver innovative mobile experiences Engage with the open-source community to help improve mission-critical tooling (React Native moves fast!) What You Bring 3+ years of experience with React and/or React Native Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+) Experience building testable, maintainable codebases and APIs Solid understanding of third-party dependencies and conflict resolution Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, CocoaPods) Experience with automated testing (Jest, Appium, Playwright) Knowledge of mobile performance, memory management, and multithreading Nice to Have Experience with Shopify APIs , GraphQL , Firebase Exposure to Swift and/or Kotlin App Store and Google Play publishing experience CI/CD pipelines, Sauce Labs, or mobile automation infrastructure BENEFITS New State-of-the-art HQ located in Beverly Hills Formalized career paths for continued professional growth Comprehensive health insurance across Medical, Dental and Vision 401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibility Weekly catered lunches & fully-stock kitchen pantry!
