With clients at the heart of every growth decision, Gersh is harnessing strategic insights and decades of experience to strengthen its resources, empowering clients to realize success across all areas of the media landscape.   About the role The Gersh Agency in Beverly Hills  is seeking  a  Talent  Floater  w ith a minimum of  1  year  of related   experience  in the entertainment industry. Experience  at a mainstream talent agency/management company  is preferred .  The Talent Floater provides a variety of administrative office tasks  supporting  the Talent department and covers assistant desks while  they  are away. Talent Floaters  receive priority consideration   to  interview for   available  assistant  roles  within  the department , so there is excellent opportunity for growth .   Duties   Provid e  desk coverage for  assistant s, as  needed .   Including  but not limited to :    Roll ing  calls and schedul ing  meetings.   Calendar management, expense reports, and travel coordination.   Genera te  and schedul e  auditions as well as coordinat e  with casting directors, managers, and publicists.   Draft email correspondence, send submissions, and track incoming/outgoing materials.   Maintain availability grid and send out submissions for bookings and personal appearances.   Facilitat e  client processes, from start to finish .   I ncluding but not limited to:    Supporting the build out of talent reels , upon request .   U pdating  client  resumes   F ilming auditions  and  reading with client s .   Cl ipping  select   scenes, and  submitting client auditions.   Ad hoc duties as assigned.   Qualifications   Bachelor's  degree  required .   Desire  to pursue a career as a talent agent.   Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously , with  a strong  attention to detail.   Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.   Proficiency  in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).   Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure.   Willing ness  to make a  2-year  commitment  at Gersh.   Compensation   $21/hour + Full Benefits   Equal Opportunity Statement   We are an equal opportunity employer ,  and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
