Director of Recruiting

Our customers are developing tomorrow's high-tech products, and we are building technology to accelerate their success.       As we enter our next stage of growth following our Series A, we are looking for a Director of Recruiting to lead and scale talent acquisition across the company. This person will build the recruiting function, develop hiring strategy, partner closely with leadership, and help shape how we attract and hire exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, software, and corporate teams.   This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants to play a critical role in scaling a high-growth manufacturing startup.
