Job Description The Director of Revenue (Sales) Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Eptura’s global revenue operations strategy. As a hands-on leader, this role will build and operationalize scalable sales processes, commission structures, forecasting models, and board-level reporting, while ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. Partnering closely with the SVP, Global Revenue Operations, this individual will take ownership of execution, navigate complexity, and drive measurable improvements in revenue performance and operational efficiency.
