The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) role is designed for clinicians who are looking to move beyond traditional, productivity-driven models and into a position that emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and meaningful impact over time.
You’ll be working directly with teams in our adult day programs in Norwalk, Signal Hill, and Long Beach, supporting complex behavioral needs, strengthening staff confidence, and helping ensure services are consistent, effective, and person-centered.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading behavior support services across adult day programs
Developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data review
Providing clinical oversight to ensure plans are practical, consistent, and effectively implemented in a real-world setting
Coaching and supporting staff to build confidence and consistency in how behavior strategies are carried out
Partnering closely with Program Directors to align clinical services with program needs and priorities
Supporting teams during complex or escalated behavioral situations and helping guide next steps
Monitoring progress, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes over time
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed
Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
What To Expect In This Role
This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs
You will be working directly with teams and individuals in a hands-on environment
The role involves supporting programs that require structure, consistency, and strong staff guidance

We are seeking a dedicated clinical leader who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
Option 1: BCBA Track
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
Option 2: Licensed Clinician Track
Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
General Requirements (all candidates):
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Prior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring staff
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the local service area
Skills & Strengths:
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate behavior plans into practical, real-world application
Clear and effective communication with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently while also collaborating across programs
