We are searching for a Senior Manager of Master Data Management to lead our Data Management team. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide data integrity and own master data governance across customers, products, and suppliers. You will define and champion best practices in master data management, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent data quality. This role requires close collaboration with partners across Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution, IT, and other business functions to solve complex data challenges and support strategic initiatives. As a people-first leader, you will coach and develop your team, foster accountability, and build a culture of continuous improvement. A day on the job looks like this: Leading and developing a team responsible for customer, supplier, and material master data in SAP, including coaching, performance feedback, and building a culture of accountability Establishing and maturing enterprise data governance frameworks, including data standards, policies, procedures, and change management protocols across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms Leading cross-functional initiatives to define and standardize data processes, driving alignment across stakeholders, establishing governance rules, and ensuring successful implementation through SAP changes and effective change management Defining and tracking team performance metrics aligned with business objectives Leading the MDM team’s involvement in high-visibility programs such as PLM integration to SAP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and other strategic initiatives Maintaining awareness of interdependencies across SAP S/4HANA, legacy systems, and integrated platforms Developing methodologies and synchronization strategies to ensure ongoing compliance with business rules Overseeing Jira-based ticket management processes and ensuring consistent SLA adherence Conducting root-cause analysis on SLA breaches and implementing corrective actions to sustain service quality Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for: Required: Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of experience in master data management 4+ years in a similar role 6+ years managing people and projects Familiarity with Jira and workflow management tools Proficiency with project management tools Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI Ability to align data strategy with operational planning Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ERP-driven environment Preferred: Experience with PLM integration to SAP or other ERP systems 4+ years of MDM experience within SAP S/4HANA What Sets You Apart Strategic problem solver who identifies root causes and delivers scalable solutions Strong people leader who develops high-performing teams through coaching and clear expectations Collaborative partner who unifies diverse perspectives and builds inclusive environments Results-driven operator who sets direction, adapts to changing priorities, and consistently delivers on commitments And here’s our end of the bargain! At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $98,000–$140,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset. This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
