We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SSD Validation Architect to lead the validation strategy, architecture, and execution for next-generation Data Center / Enterprise SSD solutions. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end validation across firmware, hardware, platform interoperability, reliability, and performance to ensure world-class quality and customer readiness. This role requires deep expertise in SSD technologies, NVMe protocol, enterprise storage platforms, and system-level debug. The candidate will work closely with architecture, firmware, hardware, system integration, and customer engineering teams. The Validation Architect is responsible for defining and driving end-to-end validation strategy for Solidigm SSD products and platforms. This role ensures product quality, reliability, and performance across the full lifecycle—from silicon validation through system integration—by designing scalable validation frameworks, aligning cross-functional validation efforts, and driving data-informed quality decisions. This position plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches and advancing Solidigm’s innovation and quality leadership in the NAND and storage industry. The Validation Architect is responsible for defining and driving end-to-end validation strategy for Solidigm SSD products and platforms. This role ensures product quality, reliability, and performance across the full lifecycle—from silicon validation through system integration—by designing scalable validation frameworks, aligning cross-functional validation efforts, and driving data-informed quality decisions. This position plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches and advancing Solidigm’s innovation and quality leadership in the NAND and storage industry.  Key Responsibilities   Define  end-to-end validation strategy, methodologies, and architecture across silicon, firmware, and system-level validation.  Architect  scalable validation frameworks, tools, and automation to improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability.  Lead  validation planning for new products, ensuring alignment with product requirements, risk areas, and quality targets.  Drive  cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, system engineering, and quality teams to ensure comprehensive validation coverage.  Establish  validation metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to provide clear visibility into product quality and readiness.  Analyze  validation data to identify failure modes, root causes, and systemic quality issues; recommend corrective actions.  Guide  validation execution teams on test methodologies, debugging approaches, and best practices.  Influence  roadmap decisions by providing validation insights, tradeoffs, and risk assessments to engineering leadership.  Ensure  alignment with industry standards, compliance requirements, and internal quality processes.  Continuously improve  validation processes, tools, and automation capabilities to reduce cycle time and increase coverage.  Working Conditions   This role is typically based in a hybrid work environment, with a preference for proximity to a Solidigm office to enable collaboration with engineering teams and lab access when required. Work may involve lab-based validation activities, including interaction with hardware systems and test equipment.  The role operates in a fast-paced engineering environment with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Occasional travel may be required to support cross-site collaboration or testing activities.  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.  8+ years of experience in validation, verification, or system engineering within semiconductor, storage, or related industries.  Proven experience defining validation strategies for complex hardware/software systems.  Strong understanding of SSD architecture, NAND technologies, and storage systems (or adjacent high-speed systems).  Experience with validation tools, scripting, and automation frameworks (e.g., Python, C/C++, or equivalent).  Demonstrated expertise in debugging complex system-level
