RV Sales Associate

Camping World  is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate  to grow the business.  Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions).  Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000  or more annually based on performance.  Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! What You’ll Do: Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer What You’ll Need to Have for the Role: High school diploma or equivalent is required 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required) Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information Valid driver's license required May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.  In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.   In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.  Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and more!  Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage!  For more information please visit:  www.MyCampingWorldBenefits.com .
