The Role   The Maintenance Technician, under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include buildings, conveyors, electrical and performs related work as   required . The job will entail preventative maintenance,   troubleshooting   and repair of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.   Your Impact     The primary functions of this role,   includ e   but   are   not limited to:   Under general   supervision   perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance activities including patching and painting walls, patching floors, replacing lights, repair racking, office furniture   moves,   and setups and other facilities related tasks.   Under general   supervision   perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities to include minor troubleshooting,   repair,   and preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment.   Document all work worker activities including labor, parts and inventory used and closing the work order to provide documented records of the maintenance performed   Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as   required .   Who You Are     Ability to read and   comprehend   technical manuals   Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities   Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus   Approachable, Team Player, Adaptable    We’d   love to hear from people with    Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC   Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter   Conversational Spanish skills a plus   Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Word programs   Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets   Multi-task in a fast-paced work environment that has a strong customer focus .   Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with co-workers and managers in a   cooperative   constructive manner.   2-4 years’ experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.   2-4 years’ experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor   skills   and industrial electrical systems.   Experienced with hand and power tools   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :   Valid Driver’s License   Forklift Certification   What We'll Give You   –    Competitive Pay and Bonuses -   We’ve   created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much   they’re   valued.   Financial Planning and wellbeing -   No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
