The starting pay range for this position per hour is $26.75 - $28.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $26.75 - $45.50

G uest service fundamentals and experience building a guest - first culture on your team
R etail business fundamentals , including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
P lanning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
P rocess improvements and workload efficiency
Leading a team of hourly team members , including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations
Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.
Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities , takes action to improve , and aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
Lead your team and driv e fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments and team contribute to and impact total store profitability, in support of your direct leader .
Utilize your workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery , freshness, and service standards .
Review all fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve .
With direction from your direct leader , create daily plans for your team .
Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency .
Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pickup and ship from store workload .
Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team . Support your direct leader in their onboarding.
With your direct leader , e stablish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness and hold team members a ccountable to expectations . Close any training gaps through coaching conversations.
Ensure the team is following food safety guidelines and selecting fresh food items for guests .
Ensure supplies are ordered timely and sto cked . Partner with your direct leader for ordering .
If applicable, a s a key c arrier , follow all safe and secure training and processes .
Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts based on store needs
Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
Always demonst rate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance ; l ead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment .
Lead and demonstrate a safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying and correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations, assisting with incident response, and reporting/investigating injuries timely and accurately.
Model the execution of physical security processes in order to enhance the instore security culture.
Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store , including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices .
Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and tea
