Summary
As a Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. The Client Service Administrator is employed by Shields-Cattau Financial Group.
This is an in-office position. Compensation is $33-35/hr with benefits that include: medical, disability, life, 401K, PTO, and holiday pay.
Job Description
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Build rapport with clients in person and on the phone so that the clients feel valued
Oversee the client relationship management system.
Project manager for all Thrivent community and marketing events.
Ensure the office is always inviting and welcoming
Point person for the vendors we use for different services
Provide concierge level client experience in all interactions
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
Previous administrative/secretarial/marketing experience desired
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial

As part of Shields Cattau Financial Group's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process.
