This role may also involve   helping   in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,   operating   a forklift,   maintaining   a safe and organized work environment,   and supporting general branch needs.   A Sample of What   You’ll   Do in   t his Role:   Assist   with electronic order entry and processing   utilizing   JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software    Respond to customer inquiries in   a timely ,   accurate , and   appropriate manner     Submit and code bills and invoices to   the   AP department for payment   Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s   to   maintain   adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs    Assist   with   monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory    Support   the Sales Team with   accurate   customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns    Prepare   r eports   under manager’s supervision   Aid   team members in administrative tasks   What You Bring to   t he Role:       0-1 years of experience   Proficiency   with Microsoft   Office Suite    Willingness to learn   JD Edwards   ( training will be provided )     T he ability to   accurately   apply   basic math   concepts   such   as fractions, percentages, and ratios   Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely   High School Diploma or equivalent   What Makes You   a   Great Fit:   You have s trong   interpersonal and effective communication skills   You have   good   organization al   skills with strong attention to detail   You’re   able t o respond professionally to inquiries or complaints   You r ead ,   write, and speak English fluently   Compensation and Benefits:    The base compensation for this position ranges from $18.89 to $25.18 per hour.
