About the Role
Future Secure AI is looking for a Head of Product Operations to build the operating system across our product, engineering and architecture functions. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will act as the coordination layer across all three platform functions, creating the visibility, cadence and decision discipline that allows the broader platform organization to operate as a coherent unit. You will directly manage four specialist functions: Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality & Standards, and GTM Enablement. This is a senior leadership role — you are building and running a function, not operating as a senior individual contributor.
Responsibilities
Own the weekly prioritization cadence and monthly product and platform update rhythm across Product, Engineering and Architecture, coordinating cross-functional roadmap reviews with GTM, Delivery and executive stakeholders
Build and own a single intake process for product-related asks, ensuring requests are classified, routed and tracked across all relevant categories, with clear visibility of roadmap work, operational items, customer exceptions and executive trade-off decisions
Maintain the product decision log, tracking open trade-offs, risks, dependencies and escalation points so decisions are visible, current and communicated to the right audiences
Support Product and Engineering in maintaining a capacity-backed roadmap view, surfacing engineering, delivery and customer dependencies that affect roadmap confidence
Own product portal governance, ensuring GTM guidance, capability status, intake links and roadmap updates remain current and coordinated
Prepare concise update packs for founders, EVPs and leadership forums, ensuring business priority, customer urgency, engineering capacity and delivery impact are visible in decision-making
Directly manage four specialist leads across Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality & Standards and GTM Enablement, setting direction, hiring, developing and holding the team to a high standard of output
Represent the Product Ops function in cross-functional leadership forums across Product, Engineering and Architecture
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Program Operations or a comparable operating role
Proven people management experience, with a track record of directly managing a team and building function capability over time
Experience working in complex B2B SaaS, platform, cloud, AI, infrastructure or enterprise software environments
Demonstrated ability to build and run operating cadences across product and engineering organizations
Strong stakeholder management experience across Product, Engineering, GTM, Delivery and executive teams
Excellent written communication and decision-documentation skills
Able to create structure without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience standing up intake, prioritization or roadmap governance processes from scratch
Familiarity with developer platforms, AI platforms, enterprise SaaS or workflow and orchestration products
Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments with changing priorities and high ambiguity
Familiarity with product portals, road mapping tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint or similar
Why Join Us?
A high-performance culture
State-of-the-art technology
Experience world-class leadership
Scale of impact and purpose
A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
Work with the best in the industry
Flexible work environment
