Innovetive Petcare is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Database Architect to design, build, and scale our modern enterprise data platform from the ground up. This is not a pure strategy or oversight role. We are looking for a builder — someone who enjoys writing production-grade code, architecting scalable systems, and solving complex data problems across clinical, operational, and financial domains. As a rapidly growing veterinary services organization, data is central to how we improve patient outcomes, optimize hospital operations, support clinicians, and drive smarter business decisions across our national network of veterinary practices. You will own the architecture and evolution of our end-to-end data ecosystem while partnering directly with leadership and business stakeholders across the organization.
