SpiderWasp is a modern media management company that helps growing companies formulate to-go market communication strategies and strives to enhance brand recognization and brand impact for it's entire client base.  Founded in 2015, SpiderWasp is backed by a variety of private investors with offices in san Francisco, New York and Barcelona, In this key role, you will be responsible for all marketing in the US, managing a team of six and working closely to localize and implement marketing strategy with small teams located in Europe and Asia Pacific. You will report to the CMO and work closely with the Sales, Business Development and Commercial teams and Senior Management to create breakthrough, timely and relevant marketing communication. You will manage a range of marketing initiatives that build the "Company" brand and communicate our key messages, including developing product marketing strategies, communications strategy and implementation, marketing collateral, PR and case studies and Comapany’s representation at key industry events. You will develop and prepare thorough campaign analytics and provide regular activity updates to stakeholders. Desired Skills and Experience • A nimble, detailed-oriented marketer, highly organized, with strong written and interpersonal communication skills, and comfortable operating within tight deadlines. • A fast learner with the ability to quickly frame ideas, create plans and extract insights to enhance campaign optimization. • Ability to analyze and report complex marketing data results for marketing materials as well as to share with stakeholders across marketing and business functions. • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans, manage special projects and develop campaigns to reach goals. • Develop and deliver ways ways to grow the "Company" brand and extend our reach. • Expertise in relationship building and collaboration in a cross-functional team comprised of diverse groups • Desire and ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once  Education and Experience • College degree. B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related experience. MBA appreciated but not required. • 8+ years marketing experience to include: email, social networks, web-based campaigns • Marketing experience in relation to media buying, programmatic and mobile all pluses • Analytics experience a plus • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Self-starter who meets deadlines and adheres to schedules • Track record of problem solving  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
